We aim to create clear and direct Return Policies that are easy to understand. We make mistakes though as we are only human. WAYS IPOD:

The WAYS IPOD are made with 6th & 7th Generation Apple IPod Classic's, which truth be told are nearly two decade old electronic devices. WAYS undergoes strict Quality Control practices to ensure a healthy device before delivering to our customers. Therefore WAYS IPOD's cannot be returned nor is WAYS responsible for any unforeseen malfunctions due to devices age. We apologize in advance for this circumstance and hope you understand that by purchasing a WAYS IPOD you are doing so with a collectors intention. However with that being said, we do aim for the WAYS IPOD to be a functional & practical device.

If your desire to return the WAYS IPOD does not impeed with the understanding writtren above, here are the criteria in order to have an eligible return.

  1. The WAYS IPOD's logo that is airbrushed physically onto the device must be in same condition that device was recieved in. We reccomend keeping the protective case provided with IPod attached to maintain the logo's condition.
  2. All accessories included in WAYS IPOD package must be returned as well. This includes the aforementioned Protective Case, Charging Cable, & "WAYS IPOD Library Flash Drive" note: WAYS IPOD Library Flash Drive can be opened when returned. However, contents on Flash drive must still be present upon return.
  3. Customer is agreeing to be responsible for any and all shipping cost related to returning WAYS IPOD back to WAYS. Unfortunatley at this time WAYS - WhatAreYouSeein is an extremely small opperation that does not posses funds to allow for covered return shipments. We do apologies and hope with your support we can grow into a buisness that can provide Funded Return Shipments to our customers.
  4. Finally returns must be made within 20 days of original purchase date. NO EXCEPTIONS

To begin a Return on a WAYS IPOD simply contact us either from our Contact page or email - WhatAreYouSeein@gmail.com. Please tittle the subject of your contact "WAYS IPOD Refund Request" and provide any and all details on the reason for your return request, such as Order Number, Pictures if nessesary, etc. If accepted WAYS will provide instruction on how to begin process of return. After receiving your WAYS IPOD back we will review its contents and decide if your refund is eligible or not. If eligible you will receive the original amount of purchase to the payment method used during checkout, WAYS cannot use any third party payment platforms to send return funds. We aim to be fair and thourough with all request and will provide the upmost detail of our desicion once made. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
